Autumn Equinox Sound Bath
Tuesday | 9.22.26 | 7-8PM
As the season reaches a natural point of balance, take an hour for yourself to slow down, settle, and return to a sense of steadiness and ease.
Let the sound create a spacious pause between the fullness of summer and the season ahead.
Rest in sound, notice what unfolds, and allow yourself to simply be present.
No experience necessary. Lie down, get comfortable, and simply listen. ✨
