As your attention settles into sound, often with little to no effort, breathing may naturally slow and everyday thoughts can move further into the background. This deeper state of relaxation creates space for the body to soften and release guarding, settle more fully into the present moment, and move toward rest and recovery. |

*Private one hour sessions begin at $95 for one person. Additional guests may be added for $37 per person,
up to 15 participants.
Blankets, mats, pillows, and eye pillows are provided.

*Sound bath sessions are approximately 50 minutes in duration with additional time after to gently transition back into your day. Sessions are experienced comfortably lying down on mats with pillows, eye pillows, and blankets provided. Accommodations can be made for your comfort.
Abra's sound bath session was AMAZING. It was an hour of pure serenity. Abra managed to bring in not only sounds from her beautiful crystal singing bowls, but an array of magical sounds that soothe the soul. When you walked in you immediately feel calmer from the scents of sage and other wonderful aromas filling the air. The sound bath left me feeling energized, relaxed, peaceful and ready to face the rest of the day. Highly recommend to anyone. If you never tried it and don’t know what to expect you’ll be pleasantly surprised.
