Booking & Cancellation Policy for Groups of 8 or More
This policy applies to private group sound baths for 8 or more guests. Full payment is required to reserve your event.
Cancellation Policy
More than 5 days before your event: Full refund.
Within 5 days but more than 48 hours before your event: A 50% refund will be issued. The remaining 50% may be applied as a one-time booking credit toward a rescheduled private group sound bath within 90 days, subject to availability.
Within 48 hours of your event: All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Guest Count
Please reserve and pay for the number of guests you reasonably expect to attend. Please notify Shift Studio of your final attendance no later than 5 days before your event. Reductions after that date will not reduce the amount due. Additional guests may be added before the event, subject to availability, up to a maximum of 15 guests. Additional guests are $37 each.
Arrival
Please arrive before your scheduled start time to allow everyone to settle in and begin promptly.
Studio Cancellation
If Shift Studio must cancel your event due to unforeseen circumstances, you will have the option to receive a full refund or reschedule your booking.
Exceptions
Shift Studio understands that unexpected situations may arise and may make exceptions to this policy at its sole discretion.
